How the logger works
The LSCV4 overflow recorder, alternative to the overflow detector CSCV4, operates using a capacitive air reference measurement that consumes very little energy. Its battery life is greater than 5 years with the default settings (one measurement every 4 seconds). A battery kit will be available later, installed by the user.
It performs measurements taking into account both the elements located in contact, and up to a few centimeters from the housing. Thanks to this Capacitive technology, the internal sensor is very little sensitive to fouling. It is also possible to adjust the threshold for taking into account the recording of overflows, according to the conditions of your networks (size, particularity, etc).
Communication & configuration
This LSCV4 recorder is configured using the OverFlow Android mobile app, in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). No activation on the recorder is therefore necessary, the connection is made directly.
This App allows control, calibration, verification or adjustment of the capacitive saturation threshold used to switch the product to a submerged state. Other parameters can also be modified: measurement period, etc.
The data can be exported by email, from your phone.
